Purpose of the Role

• Handle drawdowns, rollovers, and other payments of facilities administered by Agency without errors, financial loss, or customer complaints.
• Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by the Head or VP.

Job Responsibilities

• Support the team’s target growth.
• Liaise with customers at a counterpart level to relay specific information and respond to routine queries.
• Work in partnership with internal departments, product departments, and relationship managers to administer and monitor transactions.
• Be primarily responsible for facilities administered by Agency that are originated in APAC.
• Ensure daily agency operations are performed accurately in accordance with transaction documents and internal procedures.
• Execute processes to ensure information, notifications, and instructions are properly approved and delivered to the appropriate parties to enable smooth and efficient operations.
• Prepare and maintain internal control sheets and checklists to monitor different steps and events properly.
• Update administrative details of each party in a timely manner.
• Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by the Head or VP.
• Adhere to all company policies and guidelines.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of banking experience, preferably in loan administration.
• Preferred: direct experience within an Agency team, particularly in syndicated loan administration.
• Consideration also given to candidates who have participated as a lender in a non-administration capacity, with a good understanding of syndicated loan products and processes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, internal departments, branches, and subsidiaries.
• Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong interpersonal, quantitative, and analytical skills.
• Solid understanding of agency banking services and payment processes.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English; Cantonese and Mandarin language skills are advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of LoanIQ is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
