Location & Schedule

The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day per week. A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.

Responsibilities

• Support Syndicate Transaction Execution by performing pre-closing and post-closing duties in connection with agency transactions, such as posting document deliverables received from the Borrower to the Syndicate via data room.
• Liaise with Counsel and the Customer on Lender inquiries and Lender KYC updates.
• KYC/onboard new lenders in our syndicate transactions. Assist in streamlining secondary trade settlements.
• Work on pitchbook slides to assist in Agency Mandates.
• Coordinate with other parts of the Bank to ensure flawless execution and timely customer responses.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant work experience
• Series 79, 63 preferred
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of debt markets and ClearPAR
• Bachelor’s degree

Compensation & Benefits

The typical base pay range for this role is $100,000 – $110,000, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. The role may be eligible for discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
