Intern, Finance Transformation, AI & Analytics

Job Responsibilities

• Convert Finance Policies & Procedures (P&P), SOPs, and guidelines into AI-enabled e-learning modules and digital learning content.
• Use AI tools to summarise finance policies, generate learning materials, develop quizzes and assessments, and enhance user engagement.
• Convert existing finance training videos and recorded training sessions into reusable digital learning content and interactive e-learning modules.
• Support the design and development of Power BI dashboards for Finance and management reporting.
• Perform data extraction, cleansing, validation, and analysis to support dashboard and reporting requirements.
• Assist in identifying opportunities to automate finance processes using AI, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and other digital tools.
• Support the development of AI agents and proof-of-concepts to improve productivity and streamline finance operations.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and technology teams on transformation projects and ad-hoc assignments.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI), digital transformation, and process automation.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Platform, Python, SQL, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or other AI tools would be an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to experiment with innovative technologies.
