Job Summary
Accounting Intern required for a full-time basis for at least 3 to 6 months. The Singapore Accounting Team manages finance and accounting activities for the APAC region. The team consists of two accountants responsible for daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and business support. The intern will work closely with the team to gain hands-on exposure to a range of accounting and finance processes in a multinational environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in month-end closing activities and account reconciliations.
• Help maintain finance filing and document retention requirements.
• Verify invoice details, purchase orders, approvals, and coding accuracy.
• Assist with data collection and basic financial analysis.
• Respond to routine finance administrative requests.
• Perform other ad hoc accounting and finance duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

What Will Put You Ahead

• Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, sorting, filtering, pivot tables preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
