Job Description

Keppel is a leading global asset manager and operator with strong capabilities in energy & environment, urban development, and connectivity, creating solutions for a sustainable future.

This role sits within the Fund Management platform and focuses on asset management relating to the assets under Keppel DC REIT.

Responsibilities

• Assist with related asset management activities and initiatives for the REIT.
• Liaise with stakeholders to conduct data centre-related research, analysis, and financial modelling.
• Support other asset management work scope as required.

Learning Outcomes

• Learn the fundamentals of managing data centre assets in different jurisdictions.
• Gain exposure to opportunities involving internal/external stakeholders, vendors, and other asset-level management teams.
• Build experience in financial and operational management of data centre assets within a REIT.

Job Requirements

• Undergraduate pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or another relevant discipline, with strong writing and numeric skills.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Genuine interest in asset management and real estate.
• Good team player who is independent and can communicate effectively with others.
