Job Responsibilities

• Assist the TS Manager with knowledge management, including updating databases for:
  • Vendor lists
  • Waivers submitted and obtained for A&A
  • Cost database
• Support the day-to-day running of Asset Enhancement project management work (e.g., design management, procurement, construction, document management, defects management).
• Explore opportunities for automation and optimization using AI.
• Work with multiple stakeholders across the value chain and develop a deeper understanding of the real estate industry.
