2027 Summer Internship - Asset Management - Hong Kong

Your Role

Interested in working in finance, specifically asset management, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint? We are looking for ambitious students to join our 2027 Summer Internship Program within our Asset Management business.

You will:

• Build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy
• Support teams who provide private, institutional, and corporate clients with financial advice and solutions
• Learn about all major traditional and alternative asset classes

Your Team

You will be part of a large-scale global asset manager offering investment capabilities and styles across all major traditional and alternative asset classes, from active to passive, including a comprehensive sustainable investing offering.

We are looking for a candidate who:

• Will be graduating between December 2027 and June 2028
• Has values aligned with ours: integrity, hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated, and collaborative
• Is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• Is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
• Can evidence how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency

We are also looking for someone who is curious and wants to thrive in a business that never stops moving. The major is not the most important factor, but you do need an interest in the financial industry. We are interested in what makes you unique—whether you have organized a fundraising event, taken part in team sports, or stepped out of your comfort zone to learn about a challenging subject.
