Job Description

The intern will be responsible for the following:

  • Assist in preparing reporting materials, including results/board slides, ESG-related benchmarking submissions, annual report materials, valuation support, and asset audit documentation.
  • Compile and analyse portfolio-related metrics, including competitor benchmarking and impact/scenario analysis, and support recommendations to optimise portfolio/asset performance.
  • Support research, development, and implementation of value creation projects.
  • Support ESG and sustainability initiatives.
  • Assist with database model and tracker updates.
  • Support development of content for investor communications, including annual reports, results materials, and other publications.
  • Organise and/or facilitate planning of investor meetings, conferences, roadshows, and results briefings.
  • Monitor and summarise analyst, industry, competitor, and news reports to keep management abreast of the latest developments.
  • Support initiatives to enhance investor relations processes.

Learning Outcomes

  • Gain a broad understanding of Keppel DC REIT’s business model, portfolio, and strategic priorities.
  • Develop insights into how data centres are operated and managed.
  • Participate in portfolio considerations in the management of assets within the REIT’s portfolio.
  • Gain exposure to opportunities involving internal/external stakeholder management, vendors, and other asset management teams.
  • Understand how SGX-listed entities engage with the investment community and manage investor relations matters.
  • Understand how investor relations activities and publications are tailored to build and sustain investor interests.

Job Requirements

  • Self-starter with strong motivation to learn.
  • Quick to grasp concepts and proactive in thinking of how to improve assigned tasks.
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Word, with strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Well-organised, detail-oriented, and a proactive team player.
