Job Description

Keppel is a leading global asset manager and operator with strong capabilities in energy & environment, urban development, and connectivity, creating solutions for a sustainable future.

The intern will be responsible for the following:

1. Learn, participate in, and contribute to feasibility studies and technical due diligence for property acquisition and asset enhancement projects, including developing a holistic concept proposal that considers regulatory requirements and areas such as Architectural, Structural, MEP, accessibility, maintainability, and sustainability.
2. Use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to conduct research, validate acquired data, and update databases (e.g., building regulations and requirements across different countries for design and asset enhancement, as well as construction cost databases).
3. Develop and implement AI-enabled solutions to streamline and automate existing technical services and project management workflows across the full asset lifecycle—from feasibility studies to design, construction, and completion.
4. Use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to create high-quality visuals/perspectives for concept proposals from 2D AutoCAD layouts or images of targeted properties obtained from the internet.

Learning Outcomes

• Exposure to feasibility studies and technical due diligence processes.
• Experience with full-cycle project management in building construction and building enhancement, including initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring and control, closure, and understanding regulations in different countries.
