Internship Description

The Real Estate Finance team is looking for a 6-month Finance intern to join in 2027, with full-time employment from January to June 2027.

Key Responsibilities

• Works closely with other offices in New York, Hong Kong, and other Asia offices.
• Assists the finance team in day-to-day responsibilities, including fund operations and reporting (e.g., fund liquidity analysis).
• Assists with quarterly valuation and performance metrics reporting and benchmarking exercises.
• Assists with debt reporting and capital markets analysis.
• Supports management and ad hoc reporting through preparation of various internal and external reporting using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Assists with technology and process improvement initiatives for the finance team, including input and output data reconciliation/testing.
• Performs other ad hoc tasks and projects.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, particularly pivot tables.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills across all levels.
• Reliable in meeting deliverables under deadlines and time constraints.

Off-Cycle Intern Program Eligibility Criteria

• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student.
• Undergraduate in their second or third year of a 4-year degree program.
• Can commit to working full time for the entire duration of the internship.
• Degree major in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• Resume must include expected graduation month/year and GPA.
• Resume must be in PDF format.
