Team Description
The Business Finance Asia team focuses on transaction execution, post-deal financial operations, and special projects/portfolio improvements. Transaction execution and post-deal financial operations include finance support to deal teams and asset management teams on investment acquisition, ongoing management of investments, and disposition of investments.
Internship Description
The team is looking for a 6-month Finance intern to join in 2027, with full-time availability from January to June 2027.
The candidate will gain broad exposure while working closely with the Real Estate, Private Equity and Tactical Opportunities Groups’ acquisition, asset management, finance, and other support teams on deal execution, reporting, and financial operations and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with Investment, Legal, and Tax team members on deal execution
- Arrange and coordinate funding matters in relation to acquisitions, ongoing investments, and disposals
- Support the team in reviewing and coordinating transaction documents, including due diligence reports, term sheets, and SPAs
- Assist with quarterly reporting of investments, such as cash analysis and net asset value reporting
- Liaise with service providers to ensure timely delivery of reporting deliverables and other requests
- Assist with projects and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications

Off-Cycle Intern Program Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the Off-cycle Intern Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or Master’s student
- Undergraduate in their second or third year of study in a 4-year degree program, or Master’s student in their penultimate year of study
- Commit to working full time for the entire duration of the internship
- Degree major in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Resume must include expected graduation month/year and GPA
- Resume must be in PDF format
