Responsibilities

• Support the Finance team in year-end audit activities, including drafting financial statements and collating documents/information for auditors.

Learning Outcomes

• Develop a strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and investment evaluation.
• Gain practical experience in the end-to-end acquisition process.

Job Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Relevant prior experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, and fundamental research is highly desirable.
• Detail-oriented and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
