Recruiting Coordinators help schedule and coordinate interviews, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and develop scalable recruiting strategies for the challenges ahead.

About the Role

We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for a 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension or conversion based on business needs. This is a hybrid role (3 days per week in office) based in our San Francisco or New York City office. You will work with hiring partners, recruiters, and candidates to create a personal and creative recruiting experience.

Schedule & Location: 3 days per week in office in San Francisco or New York City.

Compensation: $35–40 per hour.

You Will

• Schedule, coordinate, and confirm candidate interviews, handling cancellations and reschedules promptly across multiple time zones
• Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders to ensure smooth interview processes
• Create a welcoming, high-touch candidate experience for both virtual and in-person interviews
• Support Recruiting Operations initiatives to improve coordination workflows, candidate experience, and interviewer experience

Ideally You Have

• 1–2 years of relevant experience; scheduling high volume (100+ interview events per week) and tech industry experience are a plus
• Familiarity with Greenhouse, ModernLoop, or similar ATS/scheduling tools
• A highly organized, process-driven approach to work, ensuring SLAs are met and tasks are completed efficiently and accurately
• A curious, proactive mindset, leveraging AI tools and technology to identify opportunities for process improvement and greater efficiency
