Officer, ORSO Administration (GCB 8)

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Officer, ORSO Administration.

In this role you will:

• Assist in the preparation of regulatory reports and scheme administration process for ORSO products.
• Assist in the analysis of financial information.
• Support the financial year-end process for ORSO products.
• Assist in communication with the Regulator (MPFA).

To be successful you will need:

• Good knowledge of the scheme administration process for ORSO products.
• Holder of the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination, or holder of Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education, or holder of an associate degree, higher diploma or degree from a tertiary institution.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively, independently and while under pressure.
• Ability to work under tight schedule and maintain high quality deliverables.
• Strong self-motivation with problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency with common software such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, along with internet operating skills and a good knowledge of computer security.
• Strong written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua, along with English and Chinese typing skills.
• Candidate with ORSO experience is preferred.
