Overview

We are currently looking for a Claims Medical Only Representative who is passionate about providing outstanding administrative, claim, and customer support. If you enjoy learning how things work and working toward shared goals, you may be a great fit for this role.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Communicate effectively with claimants and clients to build relationships and make connections.
• Accurately set reserves, make payments, and document file activity by working with clients, claimants, vendors, field personnel, and other internal or external resources.
• Provide fair, equitable, and timely claim disposition consistent with company standards.
• Use analytical skills to make decisions and resolve issues inherent in handling claims.

About You

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled
• Knowledge of claims investigation, settlement procedures, applicable state laws, and accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
