About Binance Accelerator Program (BAP)

Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a 3–6 month internship program designed for early career talent to gain firsthand experience in the rapidly expanding digital assets space. You will develop your skills at Binance and learn what it is like to work at the world’s leading blockchain ecosystem. The program also includes networking and professional development opportunities to expand your network and build transferable skills.

Responsibilities / 岗位职责

• Assist with creative merchandise (swag) sourcing for global campaigns, proposing innovative product combinations across various themes.
• Support communication with vendors and designers; evaluate materials and production techniques; follow up on sample development and production.
• Leverage AI tools to assist with data analysis, merchandise selection, cost estimation, and competitor merchandise benchmarking.
• Consolidate merchandise requirements from different regions, track project progress, provide status updates, and assist with inventory management.

Requirements / 岗位要求

• Strong creativity in merchandise and gift curation, with the ability to quickly develop multiple well-thought-out product bundle ideas.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong execution skills.
• Strong aesthetic sense, with an understanding of brand identity, market trends, and user preferences.
• Prior experience in merchandise production, promotional products, corporate gifts, or branded merchandise is preferred.
