Responsibilities

• Research target industries, markets, and competitor information.
• Interview clients, including face-to-face meetings, to gather data and information pertinent to the engagement.
• Work with management to build and maintain client relationships.
• Identify and communicate potential engagements to management.
• Report and present analyses and conclusions, including written reports.
• Perform valuations of private equity and venture capital investments across a variety of industries. Experience with capital allocation models such as OPM and PWERM is preferred.
• Review transaction agreements and capital structures to understand the rights of different share classes.
• Perform business and intangible assets valuation engagements for fair value measurements and transactions.
• Develop financial models for transaction and valuation engagements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or an MBA.
• Minimum 1 year of valuation experience, preferably valuing private equity investments and financial instruments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent computer skills, such as MS Word and Excel.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with diverse teams.
