We are looking for paralegals to support our legal team in London on a 12-month fixed term contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Support lawyers and company secretaries in delivering exceptional legal services to clients
• Engage with technology and international teams to ensure efficient delivery
• Carry out day-to-day administrative tasks, including client engagement processes and billing
• Conduct legal research, and gather, collate, and review data and documentation
• Produce initial drafts of legal documentation
• Assist with project management, including liaising across multiple jurisdictions
• Support practice development, including drafting, amending, and updating legal precedents, know-how, and internal/external marketing materials

Qualifications and Experience

• Educated to degree level
• Previous experience in the legal sector, particularly handling a wide range of paralegal activities with proven research, information analysis, and writing skills gained in a diverse law or professional services firm
• Excellent planning and organisational skills, with proven resourcefulness and initiative
• Enthusiasm to build a career within EY’s distinctive practice
