Role Overview

EliseAI’s Technical Solutions & Support team are subject matter experts responsible for solving issues and answering questions for our customers. Team members possess in-depth system knowledge on our client configurations and data access. The team collaborates with other internal teams to troubleshoot customer issues and ensure the best possible customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Deeply understand our systems, customers, and how they work best together:

• Onboard clients and translate their preferences into our system settings.
• Understand how our integrations work with client email, calendar, CRM, and property management systems.
• Comprehend how our clients’ businesses operate and how issues reported impact their operations.

Provide excellent, customer-obsessed support to our clients:

• Communicate quickly, clearly, and professionally with clients to understand issues, reproduction steps, and business impact.
• Resolve issues by delivering empathetic, proactive, above-and-beyond customer service.
• Prioritize tasks based on the issue’s impact on clients’ businesses.
• Advise clients on best practices for configuring and interacting with their AI Assistant.

Investigate and document bugs:

• Identify root causes and impact using SQL queries, logs, and other data sources.
• Write clear ticket summaries with issue descriptions, reproduction steps, business impact, and relevant documents to aid prioritization and speedy resolution.
• Communicate bug fixes to clients, confirm resolution, and share updates with team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role or field.
• Experience with support software and CRMs (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) is a plus.
• Demonstrated technical proficiency through a computer science degree, bootcamp certificate, or relevant work experience.
• Bias toward data-driven decision-making and strong analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
• Willingness to work in person at our office five days a week.

Nice to have

• Computer Science degree, bootcamp certificate, or equivalent experience.
• Experience building projects using low-code/no-code tools such as Retool.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel.
• Familiarity with DataDog or similar event-logging software.
• Familiarity with Postman or other API testing tools.
• Familiarity with reporting tools such as Tableau.
• Experience writing SQL queries.

Job Compensation

The salary range for this role is $100,000–$135,000. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package including base salary, equity, and benefits. Exact compensation is based on experience, skill level, location, and qualifications, and details are provided during the interview process.
