About the role

As a People Administrator, you will be a key part of our People team, responsible for maintaining up-to-date People function systems and helping us deliver efficient, effective People processes. You will ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our HR and LMS systems and support the coordination of various People function activities. Your role will involve tracking and reporting on progress against key People metrics, scheduling learning and engagement events, and coordinating our pulse checks and bi-annual People Survey.

This role is initially offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract but there may be longer-term potential subject to business growth.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Human Resources
- HR system: Maintain the HR system with up-to-date information. Report on key People metrics and progress against these.
- Simple HR requests: Triage people requests dealing with administrative questions/requirements directly and efficiently. Book “black-out” days for different groups to ensure coverage as per agreed arrangements. Leverage Claude for this.
- Associate contracts: Administer associate agreement contracts with input from HR consultant or CPO as required.
- Surveys: Help to schedule and send our regular pulse surveys. Support logistics for the bi-annual People survey, sending reminders and helping to drive high completion rates.
- Scheduling: Schedule People-related events, updates and drop-ins.
- Assessment: Assist with all elements of administration of the twice-yearly Assessment & Development process, from scheduling the review days through to colleague feedback gathering and ensuring completion.
- Work with Resourcing to send out competence assessments on behalf of managers at the end of every project / every 2 months and help drive high completion rates.
- Remind and chase Development Sponsors to send out 360 feedback requests as required throughout the year.
Leadership and development
- Learning programme management: Schedule training sessions, manage logistics, secure and prepare faculty, and support employees with participant queries.
- Vendor management: Liaise with external training partners/vendors for planning and scheduling as needed with trainers.
- Learning Management System (LMS) management: Own LMS data, reporting and quarterly content refreshes; support tagging of content. Coordinate input and assessment of skills across the organisation as skills evolve.
- Communication: Support regular upkeep of internal SharePoint pages relating to our learning offering.
Diary management, collaboration and continuous improvement
- Ensure the Chief People Officer’s time is aligned to the function’s operational and strategic priorities.
- Schedule and coordinate 1:1s with the CPO, People team meetings, and sessions to review EOC or Board materials.
- Schedule and coordinate People team / SLT rotational attendance for CF People and leadership drop-ins.
- Work closely with the wider People team and other Corporate teams to align schedules and prioritise the People team’s leadership time.
- Identify and implement improvements in people reporting and processes.
Mandatory
- Educated to degree level in a relevant field (e.g., HR, CIPD level 3, Business Management, Finance, Information Systems) or equivalent experience.
- Skills in Microsoft Excel to facilitate reporting and basic data analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Highly desirable
- CIPD level 3.
- Familiarity with HR and LMS systems (Sage HR highly desirable).
- Competent using Claude and other AI tools to make processes more efficient and effective.

Flexible working
We follow a hybrid working model that balances in-person connections and remote work to drive exceptional client impact. We enjoy working in person with clients and colleagues and work where clients need us to be.
Team members can work from home one day per week as standard. Additionally, we offer 44 remote working days per year which can be used to top up your working from home days and enable you to work from home up to two days per week, subject to client needs. Alternatively, you can use your allowance in blocks to manage school holidays or other commitments. Our core in-person working hours are from 10:00 to 16:00, allowing you extra flexibility to manage your schedule.
