Your Opportunity

This is a key customer-facing role at branches, responsible for general banking product sales including retail account opening, cross-selling and penetration of self-service and online banking, in-branch traffic management, and handling general enquiries. The role involves providing exceptional service and guidance throughout the customer’s banking journey.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with account opening, including deposit and investment accounts (subject to license registration), and complete onboarding requirements.
  • Educate and cross-sell ATM services and OCBC online banking (internet and mobile) to increase digital adoption and usage.
  • Meet and greet customers in the bank hall and triage in-branch traffic.
  • Handle customers’ general enquiries and non-financial transactions such as password resets and updates to credentials.
  • Provide digital support to customers and conduct digital workshops to promote online banking and digital services.
  • Refer to PFC and PRM as part of collaboration for I&I referrals.

Requirements

  • F.5/ F.6 graduates or above.
  • RI licenses preferred; TR license preferred.
  • At least 1 year of solid experience in branch banking services, preferably in banking.
  • Experience or strong customer service background is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office and computer skills.
  • Good command of Chinese, English, and Mandarin.
  • Customer-oriented, proactive, with strong interpersonal skills to enhance customer relationships.
  • Pleasant, presentable, and focused on delivering excellent customer experience.
  • Solid knowledge of online banking services.
  • Ability to work cooperatively with colleagues and contribute to team spirit.
