You will build trusted relationships with clients by sharing product knowledge and solutions and introducing them to our team of experts—helping clients achieve their financial goals.

Job Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service, greeting clients as they enter the branch, managing lobby traffic, checking clients into the waiting queue, and scheduling/canceling client meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by assisting with day-to-day transactions, opening new accounts, and complying with all policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate clients on technology self-service options, including leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs, to support their banking needs whenever and however they want.
• Build meaningful relationships by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions—introducing clients to our team of experts to help achieve their financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault, ATM, or others while adhering to all bank policies and procedures.

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

• Cash handling experience.
