Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business teams to identify repetitive or manual workflows and prototype automation solutions using AI tools such as ChatGPT/Claude (via App UI or API) and/or other automation platforms (e.g., n8n).
• Work closely with business teams to gather reporting requirements and assist in designing dashboards and reports using tools such as Metabase or Streamlit.
• Support the development and maintenance of QCP's data warehouse on AWS Redshift, including data ingestion, transformation, and data pipeline management.
• Support AI adoption across QCP by developing learning materials (guides, tip sheets, tutorials) and sharing bite-sized AI insights and use cases on internal Slack channels.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• Familiarity with Python or R through coursework or personal/academic projects.
• Exposure to SQL and working with cloud services (experience with AWS is a plus).
• Some experience or interest in data visualization or BI tools (e.g., Metabase, Streamlit, Tableau).
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude, whether through coursework, personal projects, or day-to-day use.
• Basic familiarity with Git or version control.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and engaging directly with business stakeholders.
