Responsibilities
- Support client data cleanup and maintenance to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness
- Assist in documenting process maps, SOPs of new systems, workflows, and operational processes
- Assist in the testing, configuration, and validation of new systems and operational processes
- Support follow-up on initiatives and actions aimed at improving client experience
Requirements / Qualifications
- Prior experience or coursework in finance, or technology is preferred but not required
- Skills in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), AI (Claude, ChatGPT) and Python is essential
- Good command of verbal, written and presentation skills and confidence in speaking with front office personnel
- Personality that reflects enthusiasm, willingness to work and collaborate with others, energetic and enthusiastic
- Ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Ability to be disciplined with planning and delivering deadlines
