Engineering Intern - Maintenance

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and scheduling maintenance work orders.
• Support engineers in improving equipment reliability.
• Lead Maintenance Tier activities.
• Improve productivity of maintenance operations.
• Actively participate in group and project team meetings; collaborate with colleagues to achieve operational and project goals.
• Support engineers on project-related activities.
• Assist in developing preventive maintenance (PM) plans and PM optimization processes.
• Support spare parts purchase and identify critical parts.

Job Requirements

• Current enrollment in a technical degree, including Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
• Demonstrated ability in applying project management skills and structured/analytical problem-solving techniques.
• Excellent team player who can readily take on responsibilities and work independently.
• Strong interest in working in an engineering and maintenance environment.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Positive, proactive, can-do attitude; eager to learn.
• Strong teamwork orientation and problem-solving skills.
