Responsibilities

• Implement and oversee improvements to laboratory processes.
• Study and understand the current laboratory workflow.
• Perform data collation (e.g., process flow, duration of processes/steps).
• Organize and analyze data by creating simple programs.
• Prepare presentation slides and posters for the project.

Qualifications & Job Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification of a diploma, including (but not limited to) Biotechnology, Chemistry, or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
• Ability to work independently and as a team player.
• Innovative and self-motivated.
• Basic knowledge and application of Microsoft Office.
• Basic knowledge and application of data analysis tools (e.g., macros, Visual Basic).
