Job Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Technicians to complete planned work activities on time, efficiently, and satisfactorily.
• Participate in and lead Quality/Safety-related investigations. Ensure deviations are fully investigated and that corrective and preventive actions are implemented within the agreed timeframe.
• Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), job aids, and preventative maintenance (PM) plans. Ensure instructions comply with regulatory requirements and company guidelines, standards, and policies.
• Provide technical oversight and support for troubleshooting and diagnostic of equipment failures. Determine root causes and perform immediate corrective actions.
• Coordinate and support equipment shutdown, startup, swing over, and equipment servicing and inspection with relevant stakeholders. Support installation, modification, testing, servicing, commissioning, qualification activities (IQ, OQ), as well as site change control procedures or minor projects.
• Supervise and oversee third-party contractors, vendors, and service providers.
• Participate in improvement initiatives to enhance equipment or system efficiency and reduce energy usage and other cost-saving/avoidance projects.
• Participate in SHE, Business Compliance, cGMP, and other compliance-related matters, where applicable.

What You Must Have

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Qualification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an Engineering or Science discipline, or its equivalent. Equivalent qualifications may be considered if the candidate demonstrates a strong willingness to work and learn in engineering and project management.

Experience

• Minimum 1–2 years of working experience.
• Working experience in project management, maintenance, engineering, manufacturing, oil & gas, or semi-con industry is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
