Product Supply Manager

Role Overview

As a Product Supply Manager, you will have the opportunity to explore P&G's technologies and standards, which are globally recognized. We will help you build your capabilities through on-the-job experience, mentoring, and training.

Early in your career, we offer an assignment model in which employees change assignments every 2 to 3 years. Over the course of your career, you will have the opportunity to work in different roles along the end-to-end supply chain.

Specialty Areas

• Demand Planning: Monitor and analyze product performance and project forecasts under different business scenarios. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Team to develop, review, and execute business plans.
• Customer Logistics Management: Collaborate with customers’ supply chains and design with key customers to improve cash flow and costs in terms of product and channel availability, speed, and cost. Lead order management to ensure right service at the right cost.
• Operations and Planning Management: Lead international shipments from global sourcing sites and develop a competitive distribution strategy for the HK/SZ/MA region. Optimize costs of local customization work through sustainable and innovative packaging designs. Manage third-party logistics (3PL) and warehouse operations to ensure smooth operation and on-time delivery.

Product Supply plays a critical role in a multi-functional team as a key stakeholder in business development and decision-making. It involves forecasting customer demand, owning and executing production and planning; managing information flow for the entire supply chain and overseeing the physical flow from suppliers through production plants and distribution centers to the customer’s shelf.

All these missions require strong cross-functional ability, meaning you will work with other functions both internally and externally to ensure the right product is at the right place at the right time.

Qualifications

We are looking for

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university in 2026 or with 0–3 years of work experience after graduation.
• Passion for working in a diversified business environment
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to lead, communicate, and collaborate effectively
• Proficiency in English; Mandarin and Cantonese (written and spoken)
• Strong sense of ownership and self-discipline
