Analyst, Trade Services Operations (3 Months Contract)

Overview

Our Trade Services (TRS), a member of the Singapore Administration Department (SGAD), is responsible for handling all trade-related transactions, including checking documentary credits/collections, invoice financing relating to goods and services, freight financing, and trust receipt.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform printing and sorting of documents.
• Perform scanning and uploading of documents.
• Execute simple data entry into the trade processing system.
• Perform basic office administrative tasks (e.g., signature verification, filing).

Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of working experience in banking operations or trade services administration.
• Bulk documents checking experience is an advantage.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, meticulousness, and the ability to multitask.
