Our Firmwide Corporate Services unite to provide first-class internal support. Spanning Administration, Business Development, Chairman’s Office, Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, Learning and Development, Legal, Marketing and Communications, Operations and Change Management, and Technology, we power our lines of service to ensure we have the right sources, services, and technology to be the best we can be.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Compensation & Benefits team, assisting the Total Rewards Lead with compensation and benefits matters to help build a better PwC for tomorrow.
- Provide support to the team on various projects and ad-hoc activities.
- Engage with corporate vendors to increase the quantity and quality of corporate discounts for PwC staff.
- Manage the PwC corporate discount portal, ensuring an optimal experience, including regular review and update of EDMs and SOPs.
- Review and drive improvements to current HR processes, including best practices and compliance.
What we are looking for
- Students from Business Administration, Human Resources, or relevant courses
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a bonus
- Excellent academic achievements with strong involvement in co-curricular activities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Analytical, agile and adaptable to change
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player and a keen learner
