Position

We’re currently looking for a high-caliber professional to join our team as Officer, Assistant Trust Officer – Citi Private Bank in Singapore. This role provides resources to meet your needs, empower you to make informed decisions, and manage your financial well-being to plan for your future.

Responsibilities

• Manage an existing book of trust accounts working alongside a Trust Officer: includes revocable and irrevocable trusts, both discretionary and directed.
• Handle administration and paperwork for day-to-day administration of trust structures.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal procedures related to account activity, including identification and reporting to the Senior Risk Committee and management of risk to Citi’s reputation and financial position.
• Communicate effectively with Trust Officers, senior management, and internal and external stakeholders on all trust administration matters.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 1–2 years of working experience.
• Preferably in trust management and administration; experience in other fields will be considered.
• Good spoken and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player.
• Quick learner and meticulous.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
