Job Profile Summary

In this role you are required to deliver exceptional customer service through email. You will manage daily email communications, resolve feedback, and collaborate across departments to provide timely and effective solutions. You must be interested in participating in various email resolution techniques, including making outbound calls to internal or external customers, and be proactive in providing ideas to align email resolution with ongoing developments in digital and communication media.

Job Description

  • Handle customer and distribution email correspondence with quality and timeliness.
  • Meet SLA targets.
  • Collaborate with business units to provide one-stop solutions.
  • Support administrative tasks related to email communications.
  • Work with the manager on email reduction initiatives and participate in process improvement efforts.

Education

  • Degree holder or Diploma holder in any discipline
