Contract Officer, Customer Service Center (Cashier role, 6 months Contract)

Job Summary

This role provides and processes information and payments in response to customer enquiries, concerns, and requests through daily cashier counter operations, face-to-face, effectively and efficiently.

Job Responsibilities

• Serve as cashier for day-to-day counter operations.
• Provide and process information/payments by referring to operating systems, guidelines, digital platforms, and applications; support customers with enquiries about insurance products and services.
• Provide document Mainlander Sales Verification service face-to-face or via electronic platform to ensure NB applications comply with underwriting and compliance requirements.
• Respond to customer feedback in a timely and professional manner to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Communicate and coordinate with different functions/departments to maintain effective relationships and improve operational efficiency.
• Handle customer dissatisfaction by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely manner; report escalations to the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Form 7 or above.
• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service Operations.
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work with people from diverse backgrounds with strong interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized self-starter who can meet tight deadlines.
• Able to work independently under pressure and handle difficult situations in a friendly manner.
• Customer-focused and results-oriented.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
