Who you will work with

Driving lasting impact and building long-term capabilities with our clients is demanding work. You are the type of person who thrives in a high performance, high reward culture—embracing hard tasks, recovering quickly from setbacks, and persisting to try another approach.

In return for your drive, determination, and curiosity, we provide the resources, mentorship, and opportunities you need to become a stronger leader faster than you thought possible. Your colleagues—at all levels—will invest in your development as deeply as they invest in delivering exceptional results for clients. Every day, you’ll receive apprenticeship, coaching, and exposure that accelerates your growth in ways you won’t find elsewhere.

When you join us, you will have:

  • Continuous learning: Our learning and apprenticeship culture, backed by structured programs, helps you grow while creating an environment where feedback is clear, actionable, and focused on your development. You’ll own your journey and embrace fast-paced learning.
  • A voice that matters: From day one, your ideas and contributions are valued. You’ll make a tangible impact by offering innovative ideas and practical solutions, upholding ethics and integrity. Diverse perspectives are encouraged as they drive the best outcomes.
  • Global community: Colleagues across 65+ countries and more than 100 nationalities foster creativity and the best solutions for clients. You’ll have the opportunity to learn from exceptional colleagues with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
  • World-class benefits: In addition to a competitive salary (based on location, experience, and skills), we provide a comprehensive benefits package to support holistic well-being for you and your family.

What you will do

You will work in teams of typically 3–5 consultants, playing an active role in all aspects of client engagement. This includes gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing and communicating recommendations to leadership.

You will be responsible for bringing valuation principles and strategic thinking to each client’s situation. This includes developing frameworks to analyze business problems using qualitative and quantitative approaches, performing financial benchmarking and business modeling to provide fact-based rationale for a client’s strategic choices across organic and inorganic upside opportunities.

Your work will also involve conducting extensive due diligence, which may include collecting historical deal-related information, developing and executing a comprehensive work plan, reviewing contracts and policies, analyzing data, identifying risks, conducting competitor analysis, financial analysis, and valuation, and gathering a comprehensive data set.

During your first few years, you will consult on multiple client engagements and collaborate with several colleagues and clients across a range of industry areas.

You will join the Strategy & Corporate Finance practice in our New York office to work in teams and directly with clients to help solve some of their most difficult problems. You will also collaborate with a range of experts in the firm, from data scientists and researchers to software and application designers.

Our Strategy & Corporate Finance practice works on engagements across industries, advising clients on top-management level issues including corporate strategy and restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and alliances, business due diligence, value-based management, and strategy in IPO situations. We provide expert advice on financial and strategic issues, helping clients make informed decisions in high-stakes situations. Our broader practice advising CEOs and CFOs shapes their strategy agendas. We are dedicated to helping businesses navigate the complex market landscape and achieve their goals.
