Lead Sales Associate, Small Business Development SG

Job Responsibilities

• Work closely with supervisor to develop business portfolio through loan acquisitions
• Generate new leads and prospects via marketing calls, sales activities, and strategic tie-ups
• Increase wallet share by understanding customers' needs and providing appropriate service
• Underwrite credit risk by identifying risk factors and mitigating factors
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and processes

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Preferably 1 year of SME banking experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
• Focused and goal-oriented
