Position Summary

The successful candidate will report to the Manager and provide professional advice to clients in the area of property management for the Firm’s managed buildings.

Responsibilities

• Administer a property portfolio of commercial, residential, and industrial buildings
• Work closely with the building-in-charge to ensure the quality of service delivered to clients and tenants
• Act as the company’s representative to handle inquiries from clients and tenants

Qualifications

• Degree in real estate, building management, or related discipline
• 1 year of relevant experience in a sizable property management company
• Knowledge of Building Management Ordinance, Landlord & Tenant (Consolidation) (Amendment) Ordinance, DMC, and related ordinances
• Excellent client relationship management skills
• Initiative and ability to work independently
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Valid Hong Kong Estate Agents License is a definite advantage
