Role Purpose

The Senior Surveyor will work within our high-performing, industry-leading team in JLL’s Central London Capital Markets team, focusing on West End offices.

What this job involves

• Supporting the directors in all aspects of client service (including Institutional, High Net Worth, Private Equity and Property Company clients)
• Generation of buy-side idea targets
• Financial analysis of opportunities
• Pre-sale due diligence
• Pre-acquisition due diligence
• Preparation of market reports
• Property inspections and interaction with clients

What we’re looking for / Requirements

• RICS certification with minimum 1 year post-qualification experience
• Highly numerate with strong report-writing skills
• Excellent team player with the ability to multi-task and prioritise work commitments
• Attention to detail
• Ideally knowledge of the London office sector and/or capital markets experience
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, industrious, and driven to succeed
• Tenacity and drive are key factors
