Legal & Public Policy Sourcing Recruiter
The Amazon Legal and Public Policy Recruiting team is seeking a talented, customer-focused Sourcing Recruiter to support our growing business. This role requires the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, a hands-on approach, and effective interaction with professionals at all levels. You will research legal talent populations, network with passive candidates, and collaborate with the business to create robust sourcing strategies to attract top talent. You will manage candidates through the recruitment process end-to-end and interact with multiple stakeholders and customers. Key Responsibilities
- Build and actively implement sourcing strategies to attract and hire the best technical talent.
- Provide strategic guidance and act as an advisor to business leaders in matters related to Legal and Public Policy Recruiting by delivering results.
- Partner with business stakeholders.
- Support market research and use data to build talent insights and recommend hiring strategies.
- Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that contribute to long-range growth of the company.
- Implement and refine new and existing recruiting processes that align with Amazon’s mission to deliver high-quality results to the customer.
- Identify opportunities for improving the candidate experience.
- Work on projects focused on improving candidate generation best practices.
Basic Qualifications
- 1+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience
- Bachelor’s degree, or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience
- Experience with contact management systems and applicant tracking systems for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing high-volume as well as niche hiring
- Legal recruiting experience
Compensation & Benefits
The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. - USA, NY, New York — 66,300.00 to 109,000.00 USD annually
- USA, TN, Nashville — 50,900.00 to 89,100.00 USD annually
- USA, TX, Austin — 56,600.00 to 99,100.00 USD annually
- USA, VA, Arlington — 56,600.00 to 99,100.00 USD annually
- USA, WA, Bellevue — 80,200.00 to 99,100.00 USD annually
- USA, WA, Seattle — 80,200.00 to 99,100.00 USD annually
