AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. We support AWS data centers and the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on. We work on challenging problems with thousands of variables impacting the supply chain and are looking for talented people who want to help.

Amazon is looking for a talented, customer-obsessed Program Manager Intern to be based in Singapore to help shape the future of our data centers. This team focuses on driving operational excellence, process improvements, and optimization for our infrastructure program managers.

Delivery Ops PM Intern — Responsibilities

• Assist in project management data validation and data cleanup across a large volume of critical infrastructure projects in the system of record.
• Gather business and functional requirements and translate them into robust, scalable, operable solutions that work within the overall data architecture.
• Analyze large amounts of data, discover and solve real-world problems, and build metrics and business cases to help business teams make decisions.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Currently an undergraduate degree student, graduating between Aug 2027 and Dec 2028.
• Able to commit to a full-time internship from Jan to Jun 2027.
• Interest and background in business intelligence and data analytics.
• Excellent business and communication skills, with high attention to detail.
• Ability to legally work in Singapore.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building reports/visualizations via QuickSight.
• Experience analyzing structured and unstructured data using SQL.
• Experience using Excel as the main presentation tool for data sets.
• Comfort with ambiguity; ability to be flexible in a rapidly changing environment.
• Passion for experiencing new technologies, cultures, and locations around the world.
