The Workforce Staffing (WFS) team is looking for a non-exempt, Reduced Time (RT) Staffing Administrator to support High-Volume Hiring (HVH) and staffing efforts for a defined geography (node). This role involves coordinating and executing activities to support staffing, processing candidates virtually and in person at New Hire Events (NHE), and ensuring successful completion of administrative tasks throughout the staffing process. The RT Staffing Administrator contributes to a positive candidate and employee experience and works within a collaborative team focused on individual contribution. You will work with Staffing Coordinators and Managers in a fast-paced environment with flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Set up, execute, and debrief New Hiring Events (NHE) based on labor projections to meet demand and fill on time
- Support candidate activities to ensure all electronic paperwork is completed on time
- Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
- Track recruiting activities and report candidate status
- Attend events such as community fairs, hiring events, and job fairs
- Address basic questions regarding the recruiting process
- Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
- Assist in coordinating other recruiting activities as needed
- Assist in onboarding of new hires and departures of employees
- Perform administrative tasks as needed
- Effectively execute NHE activities, including Host, Candidate Care Specialist, Candidate Processing, Badge Photo, and/or Drug Test Administrator
- Work a flexible schedule with varying shifts, including evenings and weekends across multiple sites
- Overtime may be required to support business needs
- Travel as needed to conduct events within the designated node or geographical area
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in administrative tasks such as data entry and managing data-driven report processes
- Experience delivering exceptional customer service, with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication
- Experience in recruiting or HR
- Experience troubleshooting and documenting findings, and handling customer issues under pressure
- Experience with root cause analysis
- Experience with written and verbal communication and presentations
- Associate's degree or higher
- Experience with contact management systems or applicant tracking systems for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates
- 1+ years of system administration or 2+ years of technical support experience
- Experience communicating and delivering presentations to customers, stakeholders, and teammates
- Bi-lingual skills are a plus

The starting pay for this position is listed below. Final starting pay will be based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
