Key Responsibilities

  • Support specific project and program objectives as defined in the areas of responsibility, ensuring preliminary activities (outcomes, milestones, viability studies, resource planning, etc.) are completed.
  • Ensure assigned projects and programs are completed in accordance with predetermined requirements, with attention to product/process specifications, program costs, resource utilization, and timely delivery.
  • Document all phases of project, program, and/or process development and report or transfer information to other functional areas as appropriate. Ensure compliance with company policies on engineering/lab notebooks, patents, confidentiality, and safety.
  • Undertake studies of new technologies as appropriate.
  • Support data collection for materials and financial resources.

Other Requirements

This position may require standing for extended periods, walking, working in tight spaces, bending, squatting, twisting, kneeling, reaching, lifting, color distinction, and exposure to noise levels that may affect individuals with sensitivity to noise. The role may involve use of hand and power tools.

Additionally, because this position may involve working in a clean room, appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, gloves, respirators, chemical aprons, and face shields may be required.
