[Keppel Internship Programme 2026] Intern, Business Development, Solar (Jan - May 2026)

Job Description

Keppel is a global asset manager and operator headquartered in Singapore. With operations in more than 20 countries worldwide, we provide innovative solutions addressing some of the world’s most pressing needs across the energy transition, rapid urbanisation, and increasing digitalisation.

This role is within the Infrastructure Division, offering exposure to one or more of the following: industrial safety awareness, attachment to our operating commercial plant(s), and selected commercial functions to understand the value chains of our businesses in renewables, clean energy, decarbonisation, and environmental infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential opportunities for solar energy projects.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentation decks for prospective clients.
• Support the business development team in engaging with clients, communicating requirements, and providing relevant information about our services.
• Provide recommendations for internal processes.
• Perform various administrative tasks to support the business development team, including scheduling meetings and preparing minutes.
• Undertake other duties and responsibilities as reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor or Head of Department.

Job Requirements

• University undergraduate from Electrical Engineering, Clean Technology, or Sustainability discipline.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
