Job Description

Role Summary

Lead requirements process design and stakeholder alignment across complex projects, ensuring business needs are translated into clear, testable, and implementable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive requirements gathering, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process mapping
  • Conduct gap analyses, impact assessments, and solution validation
  • Partner with business, product, architecture, and QA teams for end-to-end delivery
  • Support Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and UAT
  • Prepare documentation, BRD/FRD workflows, data mapping, and executive updates
  • Ensure compliance, traceability, and quality across the SDLC

Skills & Experience

  • 7–10 years of BA experience in technology or product environments
  • Strong in Agile process modeling, requirements engineering, and stakeholder management
  • Experience in large transformation or migration programs
  • Tools: JIRA, Azure DevOps

Preferred Background

  • Insurance, banking, digital transformation, or platform modernization
  • Duck Creek, Guidewire, .NET

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s in Business/IT; CBAP, CCBAP, or ABSA/Fe BA preferred

Communicate clearly and effectively with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, product owners, developers, QA, and leadership. Collaborate proactively to ensure shared understanding of goals, requirements, priorities, and timelines. Facilitate discussions, workshops, and meetings to encourage alignment, transparency, and informed decision-making.

Compensation

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 86129 to 127189.

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. The listed base range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini may pay for the role at the time of posting. This range may change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction, including geographic location, education and qualifications, certifications and licenses, relevant experience and skills, seniority and performance, market considerations, and internal pay equity. It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted range. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
