Job Description
What you can expect: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand their challenges. Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools including Power BI, Power Pages, Power Automate, and Power Apps. Create automated workflows to improve efficiency and streamline business processes. Optimize existing processes and data flows to ensure they are efficient, nonredundant, and systematic. Translate business needs into technical solutions ensuring robust and scalable implementations. Conduct thorough testing and validation of developed solutions to ensure quality and reliability. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented solutions including troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements. Document solutions and workflows clearly to facilitate knowledge sharing and organizational continuity.
What you will bring
- 2 years of experience in solution development specifically utilizing Microsoft Power Platform
- Extensive hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Pages, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio
- Experience with Microsoft product integration for automated workflows
- Experience with rapidly building solutions using leading low-code platforms; coding experience with automated features is a must
- Strong understanding of automation principles and best practices when developing solutions
- Experience in a financial services environment is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on process optimization and efficiency improvements
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- A proactive mindset and a passion for exploring new technologies to enhance business processes
- Experience with talent solutions and/or training site development is a plus but not required
- Create Power Pages and implement automated tracking systems within Power Pages to understand user experiences within the platform, such as clicks and paths
- Create a chatbot on Power Platform to be embedded into Power Pages to answer questions about site content and navigate users to specific areas and resources
- Integrate other Microsoft products into the training site (e.g., automated emails, calendar invitations, data collection)
- Build Power BI dashboards for metrics tracking from multiple sources; focus on designing dashboard architecture and accurate data flows
- Create agents within Power Platform to perform tactical work such as moving data, sending automated communications, and enabling the site to run itself
- Create assessments that provide automated scores and pull a specified number of questions from a larger library
- Integrate Power Platform with SharePoint sites for full training site implementation (SharePoint design experience is not required but integration is important)
- Candidates must have coding experience to perform most tasks
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 106,230 to 140,000
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini may pay for the role at the time of posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law. The actual compensation offered may fall outside the posted range and will be determined based on multiple legally permissible factors, including geographic location, education and qualifications, certifications and licenses, relevant experience and skills, seniority and performance, market and business considerations, and internal pay equity. It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
