Role Summary

As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I), your journey begins with obtaining Securities Industry licenses, including dedicated classes for Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 exams. After obtaining your licenses, you will learn foundational skills to advise clients—acquiring, building, and managing client relationships; considering a client’s complex financial picture; and providing guidance and solutions to help them achieve their financial goals, while delivering humanized financial interactions. Once milestones are reached, you will work in a financial center to deliver Bank of America’s core banking, investment solutions, and client care. We will provide the necessary development as you advance through the stages.

Upon success as a licensed Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I, you typically progress to Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II, where you continue to practice the skills learned by growing and deepening relationships within a client portfolio. The Academy supports you with dedicated programs, tools, and resources throughout your career journey.
