Technician - Global Engineering Labs

Key Responsibilities

• Perform R&D equipment setup, qualifications, PM, and calibrations.
• Conduct electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems for R&D equipment in engineering labs.
• Rebuild engineering equipment as required.
• Perform equipment modifications and upgrades as required.
• Ensure accurate record keeping and documentation in the equipment tracking system.
• Respond to customer requests and prioritize them accordingly.
• Follow safety procedures and area work rules, including proper PPE, lockout, and chemical safety.
• Operate and maintain equipment and tools in accordance with engineering lab requirements and company safety guidelines.
• Support internal and external engineering lab audits.
• Manage engineering product tracking and inventory controls.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams for equipment setup, qualifications, modification/upgrade, and repair.
• Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams.
• Focus on customer needs and provide timely solutions.
