Job Description
The Research & Development and Incentives Advisory team in Singapore comprises individuals with diverse technical backgrounds who assist local, national, and multinational companies across all industries to access government grants and incentives such as the R&D Tax Incentive.

Your responsibilities
- Provide R&D and incentives advisory services to a portfolio of clients across a broad range of industries.
- Engage with senior executives on their investment plans and liaise with government authorities on incentives matters.
- Participate in client meetings with the engagement team to discuss technical projects with technical specialists regarding development projects undertaken by our clients.
- Review technical and financial documentation provided by clients to assess the eligibility requirements of the business grant and incentive schemes that may be applicable.
- Prepare technical descriptions of projects undertaken by clients that meet the R&D tax incentive eligibility requirements.
- Be involved in the preparation, application, negotiation, and management of government incentives.
- Project and engagement management, including engagement scheduling, setup, and billing.
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients at all levels to deliver timely, high-quality professional services.
Our ideal candidate should
- Possess a university degree and/or postgraduate qualification in an Engineering, Science, or Information Technology related discipline.
- Have good project management and very good written as well as verbal communication skills.
- Be able to work effectively in a team of professionals from diverse technical backgrounds.
- Be meticulous, have an analytical mind, and be able to apply problem-solving skills to interpret complex and detailed information while working under deadlines.
- Be strongly driven and committed to delivering cutting-edge solutions for our clients across a wide spectrum of industries.
