Intern (People & Organisation)

We are looking for undergraduates who are passionate about people, workforce, and organisational transformation to join us as Interns. This internship provides valuable exposure to the consulting industry and the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals on client engagements and business development initiatives.

Support client engagements and business development activities across:

• Learning & Development
• Post-Deal People Services

Responsibilities

• Conduct research, data analysis, and industry benchmarking
• Support project management and coordination activities
• Prepare presentations, reports, and client deliverables
• Assist in workshops, stakeholder engagement, and change initiatives
• Support proposal development and business development activities

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Sociology, Communications, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, Social Sciences, or a related discipline
• Strong interest in people, workforce, and organisational transformation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, responsive, responsible, and results-oriented
• Team player with strong collaboration skills, and able to work independently to deliver tasks in a timely manner
• Resourceful, analytical, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
