What the Role Entails

• Planning, developing and delivering production database platforms on cloud.
• Providing production databases on cloud 24x7 running technical support and services.
• Troubleshooting and resolving database issues.
• Optimizing cloud databases and tuning performance.
• Implementing cloud high availability for databases.
• Working with Company R&D to keep the database on the latest patching and version.

Who We Look For

• Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, information systems or related fields.
• Knowledge of database theory and database system architecture.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as PHP, Shell, Python, Java, etc.
• Knowledge of Cloud computing.
• High interest in database technology.
• Interest in solving RDBMS and NoSQL problems in a DBaaS environment.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience with MySQL, Redis, MongoDB on cloud is a plus.
• Experience in application development based on databases is a plus.
