Position Highlights

The Analyst will provide support to a team responsible for origination, structuring, underwriting, and distributing syndicated loans to corporate clients and Sponsors across Latin America and the Caribbean.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare customized pitch books, client proposals, and general marketing material to support the team's sale efforts throughout the region.
  • Prepare Confidential Information Memorandums, Lenders Presentations and other marketing materials.
  • Build financial models to determine optimum capital structure for potential transactions.
  • Manage syndication sites, answer investor questions, and communicate with participating lenders.
  • Interact effectively with various departments across different countries to ensure seamless execution of transactions.
  • Conduct market research and remain current on the latest trends in the leveraged and investment grade loan markets.

What You’ll Bring

  • Financial, accounting, and computer literacy with excellent written and oral communication skills. This is a complex and demanding environment with few guidelines.
  • Considerable initiative, creativity, attention to detail, and good judgment.
  • Strong commitment and a high sense of teamwork.
  • Fully bilingual (English and Spanish).
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills. Knowledge of Bloomberg is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree with concentration in Business/Finance.
